Hi everybody. I have a question. I had roof refelted with breathable membrane but in some places they have missed nails through batten and rafter going through the membrane. can I live with that. thanks

Probably worth cutting off the nails close to the membrane using bolt cutters and sealing the remaining bit to the membrane with silicone sealant.
