The five point locking system has broken on my aluminium window and it appears to be sealed for life. So I want to replace part of the window frame that holds the locking mechanism though not the frame it locks in to. Is this possible or do I have to replace the entire window?
I remember the installer telling me the make was Monarch. This was over 20 years ago!
