Hi all. Can anyone please let me know why the water isn’t draining from my washing machine? I’ve checked the filter and the sink waste, which it drains through, is draining OK. Thanks in advance.

Hi adaldan
Have you checked if there is a filter in your machine, most do have one. If you have a lady in your home there could be a hair clip or bra wire stuck in the pump. If it’s neither of these it’s likely the pump has failed.
