Issues with how to remove tap head from cartridge Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

I'm trying to remove the tap head from this product but cannot work out how to do it.

I can unscrew the collar beneath the tap to expose the cartridge, but unfortunately I can't take off the tap head itself. Any ideas?

Other tutorials seem to show the small circular plate at the top of tap popping off under a bit of pressure, but this one is stuck fast.

I think you will find one of the cross levers will unscrew to release the tap head.
