I am installing an ensuite shower, wc and toilet to a new bathroom. I cannot readily get hold of a plumber to do the first fix and do not want to delay progress of the building.
Could somebody advise me about the water pipe requirements so that I can lay the pipes. Do I need just two pipies (hot and cold) or do I need seperate pipes for each appliance. The shower will require a 2 bar pump. Thanks

You don't say what type of system you have direct or indirect ?
Although you mention a pump so i assume you mean indirect.
If you have a cwsc in the loft then you need a seperate cold supply from this to the shower for safety and equal pressures are essential.
Run 22mm to the bath and your other appliances can tee into this in 15mm. NOTE that the cold feed from the cwsc to the shower must be fitted below the cold feed to the hwsc.

if you are using a pump for the shower then i assume you must have a gravity system if this is the case the pump as to be the first draw off from the hot supply and the cold this is to ensure the pump as its own dedicated supply and will not run dry
the cold feed for the sink toilet can be drawn off from the mains feed,if possible or from the opposite side off the cold water tank(away from the pump) then the second draw off can be for the hot feed on the basin
