Built in wall mounted thermostatic mixer in shower - can I just replace handles & front cover plate?

by Paul&Amy » Sat Feb 13, 2021 3:18 pm

We have a A3000 Trevi Therm built-in thermostatic mixer, about 17 years old. Images attached of existing unit. In the process of updating the bathroom - removing & replacing tiles, new walk in shower etc. To compliment the updated look, also want to replace the front cover plate & handles of the mixer (the bits you can see, basically). Everything else (location on the shower wall, cartridge & all mechanism concealed within the wall) to stay as is. Is this actually possible?

Hi paul&amy
There is no reason why you should not be able to replace these parts. The issue will be whether you can get replacements.
