Really hoping someone can point me in the right direct. We had a bad experience having new windows fitted and no longer want to contact the fitter.

One of the windows has developed condensation between the double glazing (After 18 months), so this needs replacing. I'm trying to identify who the manufacturer is by the stamps but unsure how it all works. Are the individual items all made separately then covered by warranty by the company that puts this altogether?

Does anyone recognise the stamp markings?

Rehau are manufacturers of upvc doors and windows. En12608 is the European standard for upvc doors and windows.
You could try contacting Rehau but I doubt you will get anywhere.
