Hi,

We have a history of ‘condensation’ issues in our flats however when looking outside after rain I noticed several damp patches across the wall rendering.

See below.

Any thoughts? Could this be penetrating damp? If so how can this be resolved?

If you have solid walls then yes. If they are cavity walls it’s unlikely.
