I have previously brushed 'roofix' inside the finlock concrete guttering. However indoors the paint/plaster is peeling off above the double gazed windows that are in line the finlock guttering. I am not sure what else i can do without possibly getting a professional in and spending a lot of money. Is there anything available that i can paint on the internal walls where the damp is at its worst to help?

Hi haven
You probably need to recoat the inside of the gutter section, allow the inside to dry a bit and then apply a stain blocking paint over and beyond the peeling area.
