Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post but any help appreciated. I need to install a 150mm wall vent for air conditioning. The issue is the external wall is tile hung and I cannot see anything on the market that will slot nicely within the tiles. Help!

Suggest you have a look at tile vents for roofing tiles some have a 150mm adaptor hose.
