Sourcing a cold water storage tank lid

by nickh » Sun May 02, 2021 1:40 pm

After a Legionella inspection I am obliged to put a lid on the tank. It is currently covered by a large piece of plywood.

Perhaps it never had a lid? Or if it did, someone before me lost it.

But can I get a replacement lid? Otherwise the cost and work of putting a whole new tank in seems crazy, the curret tank is perfectly good as it is, it just has no lid!

Hi nickh
If the tank is modern you may be able to buy lid only.
If it’s older measure the size and search on the internet.
