I have a large tilt and turn window. It's come away in the top corner so is now in both the 'tilt' and 'turn' position.

The handle is in the middle position and seems to be jammed. It rotates a little (but not full range) down, and won't rotate upwards at all.

Can anyone tell me how to get my window back in position?

Hi Eric,

I know this old and hopefully you managed to get your T & T sorted but for anyone reading this with the same problem, there is usually a button on the front face of the lock mech (near the handle) press it and the handle should move all the way again.
