I have an autistic daughter who has strong OCD which can easily set her off.

Unfortunately, a small end cap on our patio doors has cracked and sets off her OCD. I am struggling to find the name of this part never mind where to get from.

Can anyone set me of in the right direction?

Your best chance of getting a replacement is to find out who made the doors. I would call the bit the cap fits on a central mullion.
