Feels like internal window mechanism broken

by kiehugh » Tue Jul 20, 2021 9:13 am

Hiya all

It feels like the internal mechanism of my window is broken.

When I turn the handle, the 'bolt' at the top disenages, but the one at the bottom doesn't.

Is there anything I cant do?

The problem when a plastic window does not close is quite common. In most cases, a similar situation occurs in plastic windows that were installed ten years ago. At that time, plastic windows had just appeared on our market, and our specialists did not yet have complete information and certain skills for the competent installation of such window structures. You must understand that even the highest quality and most reliable window will not be able to give the promised level of thermal insulation, sound insulation and durability if such a window was installed with the admission of errors. You need to find an ******* window sash repair company that does window restoration.
