Hi there - I have a fairly new grohe shower which has begun leaking via the thermostatic valve. I have removed the decorative cap and retaining ring and still cant get the thermostatic valve to budge. It's made mostly of plastic\polymer so don't want to use too much force with a wrench. I thought that with the retaining ring removed it would be possible to move it by hand. Any ideas please as this leak is very irritating to say the least?
