Help with Valliant ecofit sustain water pressure

by mb2509 » Sat Dec 18, 2021 8:25 pm

Hi guys,

The water pressure dropped on my boiler today and we have the f.22 error code. I've checked out a few youtube videos on how to solve this, however, the pipework feeding my boiler seems to differ somewhat (pic attached).

Most videos suggest opening/closing two valves to bring the pressure back up to where it needs to be. As you can see, I have no valves as such on the pipework - a part from a large yellow one with a +/- on. This looks tempting but thought I'd check before doing something I shouldn't!

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Currently shivering away with a dose of COVID so some heating would come in handy!

Cheers :-) MB

Hi mb2509,
The valve with the yellow knob turns on/off the gas supply. Somewhere in your system there should be a separate filling loop - it could be anywhere in the heating system - you’ve just got to find it.
