After recently buying a house we have noticed paint is pealing off what looks to be new plaster (the whole house) I have painted over this however that is now pealing off too. Do I need to strip all the paint off and apply a mist coat? As it looks like this could be the problem. Thanks

Hi stephchris56,
A mist coat may be the solution, try removing all loose paint from the worst affected wall, paint a mist coat and see if this solves the problem.
