hi all , can anybody advice me , iam a little confused , iam about to repair a hole in my plasterboard which will be about 1 foot square when ive cut it back and replaced with a new board . but before i go any further i was told to use bonding/ browning first then skim over ( when dry ) with finish .
but to add to my confusion someone else told me to just skim over with finish .
who is right ? or do both methods work .
