Hello all
New to this forum..
Have a bit of a strange one just bought a house which is built on a hill there is a room downstairs that is underground by around 1.5 meters. It has a soil pipe in the corner that has black mould behind it which is above ground level. The smell is bad and damp has escaped and has traveled. The wall is foil backed and doesn't appear damp. Whats the best way to stop the smell??
