Hello,
I am looking to extend my loft, there is one point bothering me in the planning permission website; it states:
"On the principal elevation of the house (where it fronts a highway), must not extend beyond the existing roof slope."
Our house is the last house on a closed road, the loft I'm trying to make a flat roof, towards the park and my garden.
I had an architect who came and visited, and took measurements, now she is saying she will need to take measurements for the whole house and we will need to apply for a planning permission, which will cost more.
Any advice?
Thank you
