Warmroof

Hi,

I have recently purchased an old Georgian House (built c1820) in need of much TLC.

The are issues with the roof which need addressing:-
1. Replacing missing/slipped slates
2. Re-dressing lead flashings
3. Re-bedding hip and ridge tiles

This needs to be done to stop the ingress of water. The insulation also needs replacing in the loft.

I have come across Warmroof, who make general repairs to the roof and then spray the underside of the roof with a polyurethene foam.

I have been told that this increases the strength of the roof, protects it against the elements and fully insulates the roof.

Does anyone have any views on this method of roof repair?????
