I would like advice on application of oil based gloss paint.

I bought some 4" foam rollers but the finish is orange peelish. Is there any denser foam rollers that I can buy? I seem to recall using foam rollers which were much more smooth and less spongy . I can't find them anymore. The one I bought said for gloss paint but the finish is awful.

Hi cacran,
Once you have applied the paint you must lay it off using a brush.
