The Drayton Wiser, Hive, and others seem to use the same back plate, but single, duel and triple are wired diffrent.
Your better off desiding what you want from "Smart" controls.
If I look at just one function, geofencing, some allow you to set distance, others just the eco and comfort temperatures.
I found let down by speed, to ensure it did not over shoot, it would take around 3 hours to stabilise to new temperature.
Now the Drayton Wiser TRV head claims to work out how long it takes to heat a room, but if not going to use geofencing, there are cheaper option.
The TRV is the main component in most central heating systems, you can have a simple non linked.
