What do you call these inside shutter panes? Post questions and find answers on glazing, double glazing, upvc glazing, conservatory glazing, fixtures and fittings etc....

Hi there, does anyone know the correct name for these inside pane shutters? I've just moved into a flat and interested to see if there's any better options to bring these shutters up to date or if there's any other options that are abit more pleasing on the eye ... however, I'm not sure what they're called so not really sure what to search for to see whats available.

Hi blxsmth,
It's called secondary double glazing. It's unlikely that you will find anything that is very different - replacement double or triple glazed windows is the obvious upgrade.
