Hi we just noticed this happening to our hallway wall. We live in a victorian terrace house. As you can see the paint is coming off in a circular pattern. The downstairs hallway and upstairs landing walls was painted over 5 months ago. The radiator was placed back on the wall about a month ago. I cannot see any water leaking that is causing this issue. The rad pipes are coming from the floor and through the wall. We have never had this issue before. I hope someone can tell me what is causing this issue.

The joint which is partly buried in the wall going into the TRV is leaking.
