hi guys fitted an external expansion vessel on a baxi 105e but now wen i put the heating on the bar pressure on the gauge dosnt move it stays at 1 bar then after about 5 mins the boiler main burner goes out i teed the vessel into the return pipe close to the boiler wat hav i dun wrong n shud i fit a external prv n seperate warning pipe need advise as quick as possible THANX 4 any advise bazza

Check automatic airvent is open.

Do the temperature lights go up to 70degrees ?

Does the flow pipe from the boiler get hot. and do the radiators heat up ?

Did you turn off the flow and return isolation valves ? are they fully open ?
and have you vented all radiators, pump ?

thanx 4 advise you were right the automatic air vent had bin closed off so i opened it n after a bit of rumblin it seems 2 be workin fine now ps sorry 4 late reply bin really busy cheers bazza
