apologies - newbie alert

our washing machine was plumbed in incorrectly to the hot water outlet from the boiler. i'd like to move it to the cold water outlet which is feeding the kitchen tap via a flexihose. so i need some kind of Y splitter (tee?) that i can screw on to the cold inlet in place of the tap flexihose and then provide me with a new 15mm (?) outlet and a 3/4in (?) outlet for the washing machine. i've looked everywhere and the only ones i can find have compression fittings. does a product exist that does what i want, or am i going to have to call out a plumber?
i don't know if i can post links, so a quick search on "PEGLER COMPRESSION WASHING MACHINE VALVE TEE 15MM X 15MM X 3/4 screwfix" will show you what i've found, but it has compression fittings. any help gratefully received!

Hi sharris,
An easy diy way of doing this is to buy a self cutting washing machine valve and fit this in the pipe feeding the cold tap. It does require basic diy skills.
