Detached house built in 2003.

Do regs allow for a toilet waste pipe to be fitted outside, along an outside wall ? (either with AAV or normal vent)

Hi one-coat,
There is nothing in the BRs restricting use of external waste pipes but do check your deeds which may contain conditions concerning external pipes.
