Hi All,
I have a small portacabin with the following flat roof. (See the pictures.)

I have two questions:

1) Can you tell me what type of roofing material you think this is? (I am guessing some type of single-ply PVC membrane?)

and

2) What can I do to extend the life of this type of roof?
