Tips sought on aligning the two screws of a simple switch wallplate with the hard-to-see screwholes in the receptacle.

I find it quite difficult to get the second screw to engage with the hard-to-see threaded hole in the buried receptacle. I'm curious about others deal with it and all ideas would be very welcome.

Don't screw the first one in so far. (works every time)
