Hello everyone, I recently submitted a full plans application for a loft conversion, but unfortunately, it has now expired. I'm feeling a bit lost on what steps to take next. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? How did you handle it? Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi georgebloms,
Your Planning Permission is valid for 3 years, if you are beyond this and have not carried out any preliminary work requiring BR approval your safest bet would be to apply again.
