Hello,
The water in my downstairs toilet is brown, if I flush it it goes clear and then a few minutes later it's brown again.
I've tried bleach and also foaming toilet cleaner with the same result, flush goes clear then brown a few minutes later. Ant ideas, please?

Have you looked in the cistern? What happens if you take a sample of water and leave it (in a glass) on a shelf? Try the same with the hand basin.
