Help calculating acute architrave

by Chin061210 » Sat Jan 11, 2025 4:23 pm

Hello, we’re doing a DIY project and we have a very acute small section we are struggling to calculate the architrave for.

Any advice how to calculate will be gratefully received.

Thank you!

Hi chin061210,
Assuming it’s an external corner place a straight edge on one face and use a protractor to measure the angle.
Divide this by two add 90 degrees and this will be the angle to cut.
Regards S
