Hi All, I`ve recently moved to a house with a fitted Mira Excel, great shower but rather noisy(whistling). It does seem to quiten down when the cold tap on hand basin is running. Obviously a pressure problem. ANY IDEAS`S PLEASE.

Hi johnboy,
Try turning the cold main down(usualy under kitchen sink),if that doesn't work fill your basin with water(you'll see why in a min) turn off your cold supply by the same way,take the main body off the wall using adjustable spanner with a rag between jaws to stop scratching unions,there should be fillters in the inlets,wash these in your basin (see told you),and reverse job,tell me how you get on.
