Laminate flooring- cut to bottom of stairs?

by deh1uk » Wed Oct 31, 2007 10:42 am

Help!
Going to lay a laminate floor in my hallway.
I know the tricks to lay it neatly around door frames and skirting, but am a bit stumped as to how to get a neat finish when laying up against the bottom of my stairs. do i cut the bottom riser? this doesnt sound like a good idea? i know you can get quadrant to finish off nice straight stairs but mine curve round on one side. Has anyone got any ideas?

Cheers
