Connect Dish Washer & Washing Machine

Please help -

Need to connect the two to the normal sink pipes. Both are on cold water supply only.

Need all info from scratch as have absolutely no idea and really need to get sorted.

Go to the plumbing project; Plumbing washing/dishwasher, its all in there.
