Saniflo - Sanipack in loft bathroom

by doug.wolff » Mon Nov 12, 2007 8:59 am

Hi there,

I'm about to install a Sanipack unit in my loft. I have a couple of general questions that I need some information on.

1.) I know in the documentation, it says not to install it below floor level. However, near my toilet, I have a void that would fit it, which is about an inch lower than the bathroom floor. I would have easy access on all sides. Would it be okay to put the Saniflo at this level?

2.) There doesn't seem to be any guidelines about the distance from the Sanipack to the toilet. As long as I maintain a 3 degree fall on straight pipe, am I good to install it a metre away?

Cheers,

Doug
