there is no quick way, most colleges do evening classes such as 2330,2391 etc but take upto three years to gain NVQ level 3 which is now reqd.
loads of short courses offering 'part p in 5 days' etc
not worth a w---.
IEE regs about to be republished early next spring and cost nearly £50, written in legalees, need 'on site guide' which explaines well, literally dozens of books on the subject available but you will need test equipment approx cost £500, see if you can get work with leckie as a 'mate' if not in fulltime work already,
It's not easy to get qualified as sparky but I have had 43 years in the trade with no time out of job, earnings good, still love my work good luck
