My hot water is brown and has "wormy" like fragments in it. The tank has been drained and fitted with a new thermostat as it was over heating according to the "professional" - The water was then left to settle for 24 hrs, then another 24 hrs and the problem is worse and I'm at the end of my tether! Do I need a new boiler ? ps the boiler is very old.
