Having problem in that we are not getting any hot water to the taps, cold only.
CW is working OK and can heat water with immersion but not with boiler. Other problem we had before water went cold was that the CH would come on whenever HW switched on at programmer even when CH was switched off at control.
Help please :?

Sounds like your diverter valve is stuck
