The simple answer is no. Supplementry Bonding of cookers and hobs in a domestic situation are not really needed nor do the regs request it to be done.

Most gas hobs have electric ignition system and are as a result bonded to earth. Since gas pipes are copper rather than the plastic used in water systems one way or another they should be bonded to earth.
