Radiators - hot upstairs, cold downstairs

by Karen_Ponte » Wed Jan 09, 2008 2:12 pm

Hello all

the title says it all really, my radiators are hot upstairs and cold downstairs, even when the boiler is on full. My hot water is ok so I'm not sure what I should be doing to rectify this problem. Any ideas what it could be?

Thanks

Karen

Have you tried bleeding the radiators? Have the radiators upstairs worked before?

What kind of set up do you have? is it a combi boiler or do you have a hot water tank?

Firstly check the room thermostat is turned up. If it is then - The pump may be stuck - or needs replacing.
