replacement element for electric hob.

i have a hotpoint BE71 electric hob, the main element is blown and the replacement hotpoint sent me did not have a wire connector to the on off switch for that ring.

What are you asking? One would expect you could use old lead off burn out ring. If Hotpoint have sent wrong one why are you asking here?
