Hi everyone. I wish to build a room over my double garage was quoted 95k for the build which seems a lot of money. While doing some re-search I came across an internet site of someone who had done this and posted the entire build including pictures and a detailed account of the entire procedure - including how to do structural calculations. I somehow have managed to loose the web address and was just wondering if anyone has seen this site? Or knows of any similar site. Thanks
