drippng overflow !! All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

hey there !! has anyone got any ideas on why i have a constant drip on my overflow. i have traced the pipe which leads to the top of the emersion heater, is it something simple or should i call someone out ??!!

there is no direct connection between your overflow (out side) and (i asume you mean hot water cylinder) unless you are saying expansion pipe from cylinder is overflowing into your cold water storage tank and then outside?
please clarify
