Daikin Altherma Air Source Heat Pump and Inhibitor

by billandben » Thu Jan 31, 2008 2:05 pm

Does anyone have an Altherma Air Source Heat Pump (or know of one)? I have been told not to put any inhibitor in my radiator circuit because it could damage the (aluminium) heat exchanger in the Hydrobox. I have also been told by other installers that the heat exchanger is stainless steel. Does anyone know the real material that it is made of, and can I put an inhibitor in (I want to, otherwise I know it will get full of hydrogen!)
thanks

Also, does anyone have one, and what do you think of them?
