Simple answer is yes.
The cable may be a bit on the thick side and careful selecting of socket to be able to accept that size cable and of course Part P.
A cooker point with socket may be better option?
Since often cookers don't have earth leakage protection it is common to run fridge for cooker supply.
If near an opening window or door there may be an issue with no RCD but you can get RCD sockets.
