Hello All.
I was thinking of building an extension over my garage but it is proving very expensive. As an alternative I am also considering a loft conversion. The only problem there is that my roof pitch is quite low. I want to know if it is economically viable to take my roof off and replace it with one with a much higher pitch - to include 4 dorma style windows. Has anyone attempted this? Does anybody have any suggestions or advise? I would like to be fore-armed with some knowledge before approaching builders. Many thanks.
