Can someone please help ? I have a rather damp smelling bottom kitchen cupboard (in the corner by o/s wall). We can't put anything in it !
also, above it , the tiles have damp/mould on.
An expert came round and just dismissed it as condensation (without checking the outside wall or inside wall). Will this definitely be the case ?
Will condensation cause the smell ? how do I check ? its not like I can look behind it as its a corner unit!
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
