I am installing a UPVC door to the side my garage with sealed unit obsured glass.

One side of the sealed unit is smoothe and one side is rough.
Which way does the smoothe side face, in or out? Or doesn't it matter?

Well it only really matters if it is a low E unit, if this is the case the obscure side should go to the outside.
